The Kangen Water® Difference
Water is the foundation of purity. At the heart of Kangen Wagyu® is Kangen Water®, Enagic's renowned electrolyzed-reduced water. Kangen Wagyu® cattle are hydrated with pure Kangen Water®, contributing to the beef's signature tenderness and marbling. It's a distinctive element that sets Kangen Wagyu® apart, from ranch to table.
